A RE/MAX REALTOR®
A REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
As your realtor, you are getting someone who has the ability to understand more than just the basics of showing you a home. However, I’m not your average realtor…
I’ve been involved with real estate for many years and have gained a unique insight into the world of home ownership through my past careers in Architecture, Property and Casualty Insurance, Environmental Engineering, Banking and Finance. In addition, I’ve have personal home ownership experience having owned two new construction single family homes, a townhouse, and a coop. Having all this personal knowledge allows me to provide a higher level of service to my clients than the average agent.
I’m able to provide an in-depth understanding of the home buying process to first time home buyers as well as secondary buyers and investors. Buyers are amazed at the amount of information I provide and how easy I am to work with. They trust my judgement immediately. The trust I gain from my clients makes the buying or selling process so easy. My clients know I’ll get the job done because they are the most important thing to me! I love what I do and my clients see that and believe in me.
Whether you are a first time home buyer, looking to sell your home or an investor, know that I am there to support you 110%. Everyone is treated equally, no matter what the budget is. As we move towards a successful closing, I will be with you every step of the way - ensuring your home buying and/or selling process is a smooth and stress free experience.
Here are a few important things you want a realtor to provide you:
• Explain the first time home buyer process or selling process
• Pros and cons to buying/selling or leasing a home
• Assist in choosing the right attorney, inspectors, lenders, etc.
• Ensure all parties are kept in the loop through all phases including attorney review, inspections, appraisal, title work, and closing
• There are so many things that can go wrong throughout the transaction for which a good realtor will know what to do and how to put out the fires.
My goal is make you will feel confident and informed throughout the entire process.
If you are interested in buying or selling a condo, townhome, house, new construction or land, I would love the opportunity to meet with you and discuss your real estate needs. The most important meeting you will ever have with your realtor is the first one. This will set the tone for our whole relationship. In your fist meeting I will walk you through how we will be doing business together. I will let you know what your job will be as well as my own. A clear understanding of the process will help our relationship be a successful one.
